The BLCA-X series blast chillers from TEFCOLD, now equipped with a touchscreen!

Blast chillers are widely used in professional kitchens when food needs to be cooled rapidly and hygienically. Using blast chillers for chilling or freezing retains the color, texture, and taste of the food. 

On touchscreen you can choose from one of the pre-set programs or create your own recipes. It is also possible to download data for HACCP purposes.
