The capacity of one chamber is 10 trays of 600x400 mm size. The temperature regulation range is +50°+270°C. Thermostat up to 320°C. The oven has electromechanical control and a manual cooking mode. Rounded off corners of the oven chamber and three reversible ventilators guarantee perfect cooking results. Quick-detachable guiding rails ensure trouble-free service and operation. The chamber has illumination. The oven is made of enamelled steel. To be installed onto a proofer or onto a support unit PK-10-6/4.
