KEP-10 convection oven with injection type steam humidification is designated for baking confectionery and bakery products at public catering enterprises.
The capacity of one chamber is 10 trays of 600x400 mm size. The temperature regulation range is +50°+270°C. Thermostat up to 320°C. The electronic control system in the English language allows programming the time and temperature of the cooking process as well as water injection into the chamber, programming up to 99 four-stage programs. A manual cooking mode is also provided. Rounded off corners of the oven chamber and three reversible ventilators guarantee perfect cooking results. Quick-detachable guiding rails ensure trouble-free service and operation. The chamber has illumination. The oven is made of high-quality stainless steel. It can be placed either onto a proofer or onto the support unit PK-10-6/4.
